Privacy Policy.

PRINT4u lets you create designs with AI and have them printed on physical products. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

What we collect

  • Order details — the name, email address, shipping address and (optionally) phone number you enter at checkout, plus what you ordered and what you paid.
  • Your designs — the prompts you write, any photos you upload to transform, and the images generated from them.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your email address and display name.
  • An anonymous browser id — a cookie named p4u_sid, used only to limit how many images a single browser can generate. It contains a random value, is not linked to your name or email, and is not used for analytics or advertising.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe in a form hosted by them.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors, each for one job:

  • Printful — prints and ships your order. They receive your name, shipping address, phone number if provided, and your design files.
  • Stripe — processes payment. They receive your payment details directly; we receive only a confirmation and the last digits of the card.
  • fal.ai — runs the AI models. They receive your prompts and any photo you upload to transform.
  • Resend — sends your order confirmation, shipping notification and sign-in emails. They receive your email address.

We also use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Upstash (rate limiting) as infrastructure providers. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where we're legally required to.

Signing in with Google

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares a limited set of information with us so we can create and recognise your account. We request only the two most basic permissions Google offers — email and profile — and nothing else. We never request access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

  • What we access — your Google account's email address, whether Google has verified that address, your name, and your profile picture if you have one.
  • How we use it — solely to create your PRINT4u account, sign you in, show your name on your account page, and link you to orders you placed with the same email address. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any form of automated decision-making.
  • How we store it — your email address and name are stored in our own database alongside your account, together with the tokens Google issues so your sign-in works. It is kept for as long as your account exists.
  • Who we share it with — nobody. Data obtained through Google Sign-In is never sold, never transferred to advertisers or data brokers, and is not shared with any of the processors listed above. Your name and address reach Printful only because you entered them at checkout, not because you signed in with Google.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page. You can also ask us to delete your PRINT4u account and the information it holds by emailing print4u.support@gmail.com. Signing in with a magic link instead of Google shares no Google account data with us at all.

Cookies

We use two, both strictly necessary: p4u_sid (described above) and, if you sign in, a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and support purposes. Designs attached to an order are kept so you can view and reorder them. You can ask us to delete your account and its saved designs at any time; we may need to retain the underlying order records where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email print4u.support@gmail.com and we'll respond.

Children

PRINT4u is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
